1 tube of Dencorub regular strength heat cream 100g
Massage into the painful area 3-4 times daily, or as required.
Apply Dencorub Regular Strength Heat Cream before and after exercise to soothe painful muscles and to assist with your stretching routines and recovery.

Do not apply to wounds or damaged skin, and avoid contact with eyes and mucous membrane. Discontinue use if rash or irritation occurs. Do not bandage after application and avoid external sources of heat such as electric heating pads as this may result in skin irritation or skin burn. Do not use if you are allergic to salicylates or are taking anti-coagulant medications.
